Your work is really used
No practice assignment that ends up in a drawer. What you make here reaches teachers and students who work with it that same week.
We are building the education platform of the future: scheduling tests, taking them in a locked-down environment, marking and analysing them. Plus one-to-one conversations with students and a calendar that keeps everything together.
Besides building, we give weekly training sessions and visit schools to show teachers step by step how everything works. We support teachers and students as they use it and collect the feedback we build on next. For that we have specialists in the field, who may well become your future colleagues.
Can you see yourself working on a new form of education?
Four things you will not easily get at a large company.

No practice assignment that ends up in a drawer. What you make here reaches teachers and students who work with it that same week.
We run everything ourselves: our own servers in Amsterdam, our own database, our own language model. You see the whole chain, not just one layer of it.
You sit next to the people who make the decisions. A good idea is not a ticket in a queue here, but a five-minute conversation.
Tests decide a lot for a student. That makes care more than a side issue, and the work worth doing.
What is open right now. We match the hours and period to what you need, and for an internship to what your programme requires. We discuss that in the interview.
All positions are internships. Each vacancy says whether it suits a bachelor's student (at a university or university of applied sciences) or a master's student as well. Some assignments can also be done by a team of bachelor's students. Missing something, or want to approach an assignment differently? Just tell us.
Work on the assessment platform that schools use every day, or on the language model that marks students' work. Together we decide which track suits you best.
Our own language model marks students' open answers. In this internship you find out how to make that marking more reliable, fairer and more useful, with real data on our own hardware.
Work on our own app in which students take tests securely on Windows laptops. You help finish a new version and make sure every release goes out tested and reliable. Also possible as a bachelor's team.
Find out how students can take a test on a Chromebook in a locked-down environment, build a first working version and try it out together with a school. Also possible as a bachelor's team.
Design how teachers and students move through the platform: the flows, the steps, the moments where someone has to make a choice. You make prototypes, test them with real users and make sure that what works also goes live.
Do real user research with teachers, mentors and students: in conversation, in the classroom and with tests. You turn what you see into concrete improvements to the platform.
Give the platform a clear, consistent look. You work on our visual design language and component library, from colour and typography to icons, in a light and a dark theme.
Visit schools, help teachers get started with the platform and bring back what you hear there. You are the link between what we build and what really happens in the classroom.
Tell the TestWisely story to teachers and schools: on LinkedIn, in short videos, on the website and at education fairs. You come up with ideas, make them and measure what works.
Tell us what you are looking for and what you are good at. If it fits, we will make room.
